Job Summary

To manage all electrical consumption on daily basis
To manage and maintain all electrical equipments, wirings, circuits, fittings and fixtures and other power sources
To manage and maintain Generator & Fuel consumption
To keep stock and movement of all electrical items in the store
To keep track of damages, repairs, warranties, guarantees etc of all equipements under control
Fire extinguishers and all fire fighting equipments
Plumbing, sanitary fittings, water tank, water consumption and requirements management To manage all the project electrification work in the hospital or in branch hospitals if assigned
To manage and maintain all EPABX, Communication devices of the hospital

To Maintenance branch all Fcilities activities

Submit reports Daily

RECORDS :

Electricity meter reading register

Generator meter reading register

Fuel purchase and usage register

History cards and problem register

Service records file
AMC Files

Responsibilities and Duties

Daily schedule :

Daily Reports Mainting

Mantain all documents & AMC's

Reports on time.
Checks the reading of the electricity meter and notes down reading in the register.

Cleans & Checks the generator , checks the oil, diesel and if required gives the requisition to the Centre Head and gets the same after the approval.
Checks every A/C .
Checks Phone lines/Net

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Education :

Diploma , Degree, Engineering

Experience :

03 years relevant experience required

Computer Skills

: Required
