Job Overview:
We are looking for a Facility Operations Head to manage facility operations across
Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. You will lead facility and HR teams, oversee
compliance, and ensure smooth daily operations while driving efficiency and workforce
management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facility operations across multiple locations.
- Supervise Assistant Facility Managers, HR Manager (Recruitment & Operations), and
HRMS Executive.
- Handle bulk hiring and onboarding across operational locations.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, operational processes, and policies.
- Ensure safety compliance, statutory adherence, and company standards.
- Oversee vendor management, maintenance schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin teams for manpower deployment and operational
support.
- Drive digital process improvements and HRMS automation initiatives.
- Track KPIs, generate reports, and resolve operational or staffing issues.
- Support expansion planning and optimize facility resources.

Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred). - 7-10 years of experience in Facility Operations, Administration, or Corporate Services. - Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Proficient in MS Office and HRMS platforms. - Knowledge of compliance, vendor, and budget management.
