The Technical & Soft Services Executive is responsible for the smooth daily operations of managed office sites with a strong focus on technical infrastructure management (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Safety Systems) and coordination of soft services such as housekeeping, security, and pantry.
The role requires hands-on technical knowledge and efficient service delivery through vendor and team management.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Responsibilities: o Supervise and perform preventive & breakdown maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, Plumbing, and Fire Safety systems. o Ensure 100% uptime and quick resolution of on-site technical issues. o Coordinate with AMC/service vendors and contractors for timely maintenance and compliance. o Maintain technical records - logbooks, daily checklists, equipment health, and energy reports. o Ensure compliance with safety standards, audits, and statutory regulations. o Assist in technical handovers, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Soft Services Responsibilities: o Supervise day-to-day soft services: housekeeping, pantry, pest control, security, etc. o Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and client satisfaction through regular service audits. o Manage consumables inventory and timely procurement coordination. o Handle visitor management, reception support, and ensure a professional work environment. o Address client service requests and escalations proactively.
Qualifications & Requirements: o Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management o Experience: 2-5 years in Facilities/Real Estate/Hospitality environments
