Job Responsibilities:
Preparation & monitoring on Ongoing Work Activities, Renovation activities & Executed activities to make sure that building & their services meet the needs of the client.

Monitoring day to day operations of buildings infrastructure through resources supports.

Develop & implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.

Prepare & maintain record of all operations.

Preparation & Collection of all necessary documents for record purpose. (As Built Drawings, Product Manual, Warranty Certificates, License & permissions etc.).

Coordinate & Plan essential services.

Preparation of daily routine checklist for betterment of equipment (Readings, Loads, Pressure etc.)

Provide proper & prompt response to requests and issues raised by client.

Provide proper response to system failure & Equipment alarms.

Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults & repairing equipment’s.

Prepare & maintain record of facility related budget, finance, Contracts, expenditures & purchase. Plan & monitor appropriate facility management staffing. Development & maintain contractor, suppliers & vendors. Material procurement, Management, Inventory Control & reconciliation.

Floating enquiries of required material, getting quotations from suppliers, negotiations & rate finalizations.

Prepare rate analysis sheet to take prior approval.

Coordination with Contractor & vendor. Plan, Quality Check, Quantity Check of Contractor, Vendor as per standard Work Methodology.
