This role is based at Chennai and reports into Assistant Vice President - Operations
Responsibilities
Seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our commercial building. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for our client.
Responsible for Entire Site Operations
Overseeing the proper functioning of essential building systems like Electrical, Water, HVAC, Lift , DG , FAPA System without interruption.
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan for the building and its systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, Soft Services etc.)
Oversee and manage janitorial services to ensure a clean and professional appearance throughout the building.
Conduct regular inspections of the building interior and exterior to identify and address any maintenance issues.
Manage and supervise a team of facilities staff.
Coordinate with vendors and maintenance works, PPM, AMC Works, contractors for repairs, renovations etc.,
Develop and maintain a budget for facilities operations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, building codes & Local Authorities
Respond promptly to client requests and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and service calls pertaining to the facility.
Implement and maintain emergency preparedness plans.
Proper Reporting to the Managements in terms of Daily Report, Weekly Report, MMR etc.,
Co-ordination with Project team in terms of transition, HOTO etc.,
Ensure all the staff are trained properly as required.

Professional experience and Competency Profile
Qualifications/Education - Graduate/Diploma in Engineering
Career Experience - 7-9years of relevant experience in Managing the entire range of Electro-Mechanical Equipment's.
Particular Aptitudes/Skills - People skills, patience and perseverance, excellent verbal and written Communication
Competency:
Should have good knowledge of computers & should be able to compile Management reports, Minutes of Meeting, Power Point presentations
Should be able to plan Annual preventive maintenance of equipment
Should be able to impart in house training to his team members as required
Exposure to ISO systems preferred
Should be presentable & have good communication skills
