We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a high-rise residential building. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in facility or property management, with strong knowledge of building systems, vendor coordination, and resident service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise building maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for routine inspections and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and building policies
Address resident concerns and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and vendor contracts
Assist in budget planning and cost control for building operations
Requirements:
3-4 years of facility or property management experience (preferably in residential high-rise)
Good understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to emergencies effectively
