An qualified Engineer who has experience of more than 6 years as a facility manager in commercial property.

Maintain the management office to control day to day operations for the property. Manages critical relationships with client, tenant and key vendors. Handling the clubhouse facilities services like gym, swimming pool etc. Taking round on regular basis of entire property. Handling vendor management and process with AMC and services with take the quotation comprehensive and non-comprehensive. Handling guests' complaints ensuring smooth and efficient shift operations. Taking feedback from clients of sites and resolving complaints / issues on priority basis. JOB MEP Functionalities: - Operation Commercial and Domestic All Types Electrical System. Operation of HT, LT Voltage and Distribution system. Operation and maintenance ACB, VCB, SF6, MCCB, RCCB, ELCB, and VFD power Control panel. Operation Star Delta, D.O.L. All types Starter system. CTPT meter KWH energy meter, APFC panel Capacitor bank monitoring. Operation of DG. and UPS Power System. Operation of Lighting panel control System. Operational of electrical Accessories and kitchen equipment's. Also Knowledge of Drawing Works. All types of Electrical project and maintenances Work will be able to handle. Chiller AHU, FCU, TFA, Exhaust, PP, SP unit cooling Tower Etc. will be able to handle. Operation Commercial and Domestic All HVAC System & Maintain Chiller reading. Attending Residential floor complains. Detection System like detectors (heat, smoke, gas, flame) hydrant Sprinkler and jockey pump, fire zonal panel. operation is WTP, STP and fire pumps all maintained the water treatment plants. Operation is BMS Control panel, CCTV, FAS, DVR, PA System and lift communication. maintaining Daily log sheets, checklist, weekly monthly and yearly plan preventive maintenance report & break down.
