Education Qualification:

B.E. in Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

6 to 8 years of experience in Facility Management, with strong exposure to

Utility Systems

and

HVAC operations

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day facility operations including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of utility equipment such as compressors, chillers, DG sets, and air-handling units. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Monitor energy usage and implement cost-saving measures. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of facility-related contracts. Handle breakdowns and emergencies efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental standards. Maintain facility-related documentation and reports.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HVAC and utility systems. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Familiarity with facility audits and compliance norms.
