We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Facility Manager
to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our premium IT Tower --
Midas Tower, Hinjewadi Phase 1
. The ideal candidate will ensure the building, utilities, and services are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day building operations and maintenance (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, housekeeping, security, etc.)
Supervise facility staff, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and maintenance standards.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities.
Monitor budgets, facility expenses, and vendor performance.
Manage client/tenant requests and ensure prompt resolutions.
Maintain facility documentation and reports (logbooks, AMC records, audits).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facility Management / Engineering / similar field.
0-5 years of experience in facility management of commercial buildings or IT parks.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office;
Laptop is mandatory
.
Knowledge of safety norms, vendor coordination, and maintenance procedures.
