Manbhum Constructions Co Pvt Ltd is a dynamic company specializing in real estate development and construction. We are currently seeking a dedicated Facility Manager with strong real estate experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and maintenance of company facilities and properties.
Oversee security, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance services.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth facility management.
Monitor and manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular inspections and implement necessary improvements.
Address facility-related emergencies promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3 years in facility management, with mandatory experience in real estate.
Proven ability to manage building maintenance, security, and vendor contracts.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with facility management software and health & safety compliance.
Ability to supervise and lead support staff.
Preferred Candidate:
Available to join immediately or within one month.
Prior experience specifically in real estate facility management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
