We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Operations & Facility Manager

to oversee the end-to-end operations of our facilities, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant management of all services. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, client relations, financials, maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and share daily reports with clients and address queries within TAT. Ensure delivery of services in line with SLA agreements and 52-week preventive maintenance schedules. Manage staff attendance, manpower deployment, mentoring, and skill development. Oversee operations of Security, M&E services (Power, WTP, HVAC, Lifts, STP), Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, AMC, and Event Management. Maintain inventory, stores, petty cash, bank transactions, and procurement processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements (CEIG, KSPCB, CPCB, contracts) and ISO standards. Establish best practices in safety, 5S standards, crisis management, and emergency procedures. Monitor downtime, breakdowns, and defect liability periods; implement efficiency improvements. Prepare internal/external audit reports, MMR, budgets, and financial tracking. Coordinate RWA rules, move-in/move-out activities, fee collection, and client communications.

Requirements



Skills & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Facility Management / Business Administration. 5-10 years in facility/operations/property management. Strong knowledge of M&E systems, preventive maintenance, and AMC management. Experience in team management, client handling, and budgeting. Knowledge of safety protocols, statutory compliance, and ISO standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
