Oversee the day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor management.
Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
Manage housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
Prepare and monitor duty rosters, schedules, and preventive maintenance plans.
Coordinate with clients/residents for service requests and resolve complaints effectively.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and maintain records of facility expenses.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises and report maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety norms, and company policies.
Liaise with contractors and service providers for timely execution of tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in facility/operations management.
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
Knowledge of statutory compliance related to facility management.
