Oversee day-to-day operations of the bungalow/house, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently met.
Supervise and manage domestic staff including housekeeping, cooks, drivers, gardeners, and security personnel.
Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and structural systems.
Manage vendors and service providers for repairs, utilities, pest control, and AMC contracts.
Monitor inventory of household supplies, groceries, and consumables; ensure timely procurement.
Handle utility management including electricity, water, internet, security systems, and generator operations.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, fire safety, and emergency preparedness.
Maintain records of expenses, vendor bills, staff attendance, and asset inventories.
Support hosting of guests, events, or functions by coordinating logistics and staff requirements.
Act as a single point of contact between the property owner and all staff/service providers.
Preferred Attributes
Experience working in hospitality, estate management, or for senior executives/HNIs.
Familiarity with security systems, CCTV, and smart home technologies.
