Maintenance and Repairs: Ensuring that buildings and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition This involves developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with maintenance staff or external vendors Facility Operations: Managing day-to-day operations of facilities, including security, cleaning, waste management, and utilities This may involve overseeing service contracts, managing service providers, and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards within facilities This includes conducting safety inspections, implementing safety procedures, training staff on safety protocols, and maintaining emergency preparedness plans This includes monitoring vendor performance, resolving issues, and maintaining good working relationships
