Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the hospital facility to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment. Manage maintenance of infrastructure, medical equipment, and utilities. Coordinate housekeeping, security, and support staff to maintain smooth operations. Ensure compliance with hospital safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Monitor budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts related to facility management. Support the clinical team by ensuring that the environment meets the needs of psychiatric and de-addiction care. Implement policies and processes to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility management preferred. Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Knowledge of safety standards, biomedical equipment maintenance, and hospital regulations. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Salary & Benefits
