InfinityBox is looking for an experienced and driven Facility Manager to lead our centralized dishwashing operations in Gurgaon.
This role demands strong leadership, a hands-on operational mindset, and a drive for process excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and achieving key operational targets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall operations of the dishwashing facility ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.Supervise and mentor floor supervisors and operational staff to meet performance goals.Track and optimize operational metrics like throughput, quality, and turnaround time.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste.Handle inventory, resource allocation, and manpower planning.Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols.Maintain MIS reports and analytics dashboards for performance review.Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and client service teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Diploma in Operations, Production, Hotel Management, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or facility operations preferred (not mandatory).
Strong leadership and people management skills.Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.Hands-on mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
