We are looking for a talented Facility Manager to join our team at Urban Living. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of our facilities on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in facility management, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively supervise facility staff.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve facility-related issues.
• Proficiency in computer applications and facility management software. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
• Manage and supervise facility staff, including janitorial, maintenance, and security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
• should have that positive attitude towards working and serving coffee /snacks to our clients.
