About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Facility Manager

to oversee infrastructure, maintenance, and campus operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all physical assets and utilities are fully operational, safe, and optimized for long-term performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the facility including building maintenance, cleanliness, repairs, and safety protocols. Coordinate with contractors, housekeeping teams, security services, and maintenance staff. Monitor AMC contracts and ensure timely servicing of equipment (generators, lifts, air conditioning, etc.). Maintain inventory and schedule preventive maintenance of infrastructure. Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Support planning and execution of infrastructural upgrades or new projects.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in facilities or operations management. Strong knowledge of building systems, civil work, electricals, and vendor coordination. Problem-solving mindset with hands-on operational capability. Own transport

Pay: ?17,878.13 - ?30,000.00 per month
