Flaviant Network P Ltd is an organization that provides residential solution to aspirants of IAS exam aspirants. We are committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-managed residential campus for our students and staff. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our campus facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the

construction

,

maintenance and operations

of the residential campus, including buildings, utilities, landscaping, and common areas. Ensure

safety, security, and compliance

with all statutory regulations, fire safety, and environmental standards. Manage and coordinate

vendors and contractors

for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other services. Prepare and manage

budgets

, monitor expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities. Maintain

asset inventories

, office supplies, and equipment across the campus. Implement and supervise

preventive maintenance schedules

for all facilities. Lead and manage

campus staff

, ensuring effective task execution and team productivity. Coordinate with internal departments for space allocation, special projects, and facility improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Facility Manager

, preferably in a residential or large campus setup. Strong knowledge of

building systems

(electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and preventive maintenance. Experience in

vendor management

, contract negotiation, and budgeting. Good understanding of

health, safety, and environmental regulations

. Strong

leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

. Ability to

reside on campus

and respond promptly to operational requirements.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
