We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Center Operations. In this role, you will:
  • Daily BAU:
Process: Robust process documentation and ensuring the processes are implemented with full rigour without exception. Evaluate options to improvise, streamline the process to enhance user experience, reduce cost and drive automation and drive continuous improvement. Demonstrate process improvement on a month-on-month basis as part of process maturity Stakeholder management: Drive strong stakeholder management with local Hyderabad leaders and wider Hyderabad teams and associates by providing solutions and resolving issues in timely manner. Governance: implement robust governance and control for all centre ops processes and ensure robust reporting is available in transparent manner to all stakeholders Managing transport operation for employees in Hyderabad and Bangalore Ensuring compliance related to Cab / Bus and Drivers Effective use of MoveInSync and roll out in Buses too Managing transport vendors Transport Billing and MIS Restacking and Capacity Plan Monitoring Seamless movement to New Building. Customs, STPI & SEZ related Activities:
  • Employee Engagement and CSR:
People \xe2\x80\x93 Provide strong leadership to centre ops Hyderabad team and collaborate with centre ops teams across Pune and Bangalore to drive the overall centre ops outcomes. Driving the Employee Engagement agenda for the Centre Drive the CSR initiatives and volunteering for the Centre Foster the culture of collaboration and cohesiveness in driving the initiatives. Knowledge sharing across team members within site and across site: Drive the right team culture by ensuring strong team culture with knowledge of processes and systems across team members at the site level and also across sites to drive stronger collaboration and ensure site level back-up and cross site back-up
  • Compliance:
Financials \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure governance and control of spend at site level and oversight of spend for various centre ops activities and wider activities supporting GB/GF i.e. employee engagement, CSR etc. Audit: Review deliverables of team and ensure it fulfils the needs for any internal audit and compliance requirements and proactively work towards fixing any process gaps to mitigate any potential red flags Insurance (Duty Foregone & Transit Insurance CLRA for the site to be completed in time. All statutory licences and certificates to be obtained and deployed in time. Ensuring health and safety drills in coordination with corporate services team. Be an active player in driving the BCP plans and activities. Be the Third-Party Risk officer for the engagements and do regular quality checks.
  • General Administration & Vendor Staff Management:
Supporting to CRE for premises contract renewals and new contract executions. Liaison with CRE for facility related activities Management of Company owned car drivers, Office boys and Valet drivers. Liaise with Govt authorities for employees\xe2\x80\x99 company leased vehicles. Practice Managerial and leadership skills Maintain positive attitude within the Team. Attend trainings to enhance knowledge. Excellent Inter-personal and communication skills Resilience for hard work and dedication with quest for learning. Ability to take initiative and work in high volume proactive deadline-oriented environment. Focus on Commitment, Responsibility and Growth Orientation.   • Excellent skills with financials, project management, process documentation, change management, automation and with people leadership
  • Engineering Graduate with relevant experience in similar role in MNC
  • Good Command on Project Implementation and delivery of Infrastructure
  • Effective Communication and People Skills.
  • Local language and experience in dealing with public officials is required.
  • Good Governance and Strategic Management Skills
  • Detailed, Meticulous, and proactive
