The trainer will be responsible for onboarding, technical skill development, safety compliance training, and behavioral grooming to ensure employees meet operational, safety, and service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Training & Onboarding
Conduct
induction and onboarding training
for new hires (soft services, hard services, and support staff).
Explain company policies, SOPs, compliance standards, and client expectations.
Train employees on
roles, responsibilities, and daily operational workflows
.
2. Technical & Operational Training
Deliver training on
facility operations
, including:
Housekeeping services
Electrical systems
HVAC systems
Plumbing & water management
Fire & safety systems
STP/ETP operations (basic level)
Provide
hands-on and site-based training
as required.
3. Safety & Compliance Training
Train staff on
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
standards.
Conduct training on:
Fire safety and emergency response
PPE usage and safety protocols
Statutory and regulatory compliance
Ensure alignment with
ISO, OSHA, and client-specific safety norms
.
4. Soft Skills & Behavioral Training
Train employees on:
Customer service and client interaction
Professional behavior and grooming standards
Communication skills and workplace discipline
Handle refresher sessions for existing employees when required.
5. Training Material & Assessment
Develop and update
training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and checklists
.
Conduct
assessments, evaluations, and feedback sessions
post-training.
Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
6. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with
HR, Operations, and Site Managers
for training schedules.
Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training programs.
Submit regular training reports and improvement plans to management.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering, Facility Management, or relevant field
Certification in
Facility Management, Safety, or Training

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of
facility operations (Hard & Soft Services)
Understanding of

Basic documentation and reporting skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Prior experience in
