We are launching a new training program in Facility Management and are seeking a dedicated Trainer to deliver high-quality training to youth/trainees. The Trainer will be responsible for imparting practical and theoretical knowledge in housekeeping, maintenance, safety, hygiene, and soft skills, preparing participants for employment in the facility management sector.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality training sessions on housekeeping, hygiene, sanitation, workplace safety, waste management, and basic maintenance.
Train trainees on the use of cleaning equipment, materials, and safe working practices.
Impart knowledge on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and customer service for facility-related roles.
Design lesson plans, training material, and assessments in line with the curriculum.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainee learning and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and active participation of trainees during the training program.
Mentor and motivate trainees to enhance their employability and workplace readiness.
Coordinate with the placement team to support trainee transition into jobs in the facility management sector.
Maintain training records, progress reports, and documentation as per organizational requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of facility management practices including housekeeping, hygiene, workplace safety, and basic maintenance.
Ability to train and engage with youth from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Practical knowledge of cleaning equipment and products.
Mentoring and motivational skills.
Basic computer skills for report writing and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management/Facility Management or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in facility management operations or as a trainer in housekeeping/facility roles.
Experience in training or working with youth from underprivileged backgrounds preferred.
Certification in vocational training/skill development (added advantage).
We pay between Rs.25,000/- to Rs.35,000/-per month, depending upon skills and experience. PF, ESI and other benefits will be available as per rules.
