About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
FMS Manager
to oversee and coordinate
Facility Management Services
across our sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management
, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall facility operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and technical services.
Supervise and monitor facility staff, vendors, and subcontractors.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all assets and infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Maintain records of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), vendor payments, and service logs.
Coordinate with internal departments for facility-related requirements.
Prepare and manage facility budgets, cost tracking, and reports.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
Handle audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Continuously improve facility processes for cost and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in Facility or Property Management.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping, security, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (e.g., CAFM, CMMS).
Strong problem-solving and vendor negotiation abilities.
