Job Description

Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues Plan and execute maintenance tasks to ensure the hospital's infrastructure and equipment are in good working condition Carrying out minor and major repair works and coordinate large repair projects Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations Installing and maintaining hospital equipment and systems Working closely with the hospital administration to prioritize maintenance and repair work Monitoring and managing plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems to ensure they operate efficiently Manage daily operations of physical plant and engineering services Perform regular inspections and maintenance of all hospital machinery and systems Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to within the facility Coordinate repairs and upgrades of systems and equipment Maintain compliance with health and safety standards Manage the installation and operation of HVAC systems Work closely with hospital administration to plan and implement facility improvements and expansions Develop and maintain documentation of all testing and inspections
