Qualification: B Tech / Diploma

Job Location: Kompally, Kukatpally and Vijayawada

Experience: 3 years to 7 years with Hospitals (Mandatory)

Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the facility by taking care of services and utilities including security, maintenance, housekeeping.

Responsible for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Air conditioning and refrigeration, Carpentry, Painting & fire hydrant system etc.

Responsible for planning, costing and execution of various projects inside the hospital premises.

Responsible for taking decisions on project work being carried out inside the hospital premises.

Long-term planning in taking up renovation/modifications.

Entering into AMC/CMC with vendors/service providers and renewal of the same.

Responsible for both preventive and breakdown maintenance of all non medical equipment / machinery.

To address repairs/rectify deficiencies if any.

To analyze day-to-day problems which are recurring in nature and finding solutions for the same.

Must be experienced in managing a team.

To be responsible for disciplined departmental functioning.

Ensure that sufficient manpower is provided in each shift from HK, maintenance, security etc

Preparation of daily deployment sheet and submission of the same to HOD.

To check grooming standard of staff on a daily basis.

Educate staff on biometric attendance and rosters.

Overall supervision control and management of the Department.
