Facility In-Charge

to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our physical environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing setting for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Facility Management:

Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all hospital buildings, systems and infrastructure.

Asset Management:

Managing the inventory, maintenance, and procurement of hospital assets, ensuring their optimal functionality and longevity.

Transportation Management:

Coordinating and supervising hospital transportation services, ensuring efficient and safe movement of patients, staff, and materials.

Landscaping and Groundskeeping:

Maintaining the hospital's external environment, ensuring aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained gardens and grounds. Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards. Managing budgets and vendor relationships effectively. Leading and motivating a team of maintenance and support staff.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience minimum 5 Years in facility management, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and asset management. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to hospitals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and results-oriented approach.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
