Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, and technical maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance work.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service quality.
Handle employee complaints related to facility services and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain records for assets, inventory, and consumables.
Monitor AMCs, service contracts, and vendor bills.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance at the site.
Prepare daily & monthly reports using MS Excel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Diploma in Facility Management preferred).
2-5 years of experience in corporate facility management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting.
Ability to handle vendors and site staff independently.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in corporate offices, IT parks, or commercial buildings.
Immediate joiners preferred.
