Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to support facility management operations for our office premises. The role involves supervising daily maintenance activities, ensuring smooth functioning of utilities and infrastructure, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee building maintenance, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and utility services. Coordinate safety systems, fire drills, and building safety audits. Manage vendor performance and ensure timely collection of facility service charges. Maintain facility records and support administrative coordination.

Requirements:



Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. Minimum 2 years' experience in facility/administration management (office or commercial setup preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
