Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, engineering technology, business or related field with emphasis on facilities management.
Basic knowledge about all the relevant specialist areas of the technical building equipment
Various years of professional experience with the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment
Secure evaluation of technical correlations
Organizational ability, negotiation skills and assertiveness
Personnel management skills
Good command of English language
Good PC command, knowledge of the Windows PC programs World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, proof of completed training of BMS-use, CMMS-use
Knowledge about occupational safety/health/environment, proof of completed training and/or willingness to attend training course, if necessary.
Support the Facility Manager in managing the mechanical, electrical & all civil maintenance within the facility.
Implement and oversee the preventive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failure of critical equipment.
Assist the Facility Manager to review the maintenance / service practices of electrical & mechanical contractors to deliver quality work.
Maintain the Logbooks, Checklist and PPM schedules for all electrical and mechanical installations.
Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all engineering related matters.
Responsible to handle the clients and customers on all facility related services.
Preparing shift reports and compliance documentation.
Raise the Indents for goods and equipment's that are required for Building Maintenance.
Prepare RGP/NRGP gate pass for electrical & mechanical machineries that are need to be repaired by vendor.
