Must have "C Licence"

Job Summary:

The Facility Executive - Technical is responsible for overseeing and managing the technical infrastructure and building systems within the facility. This includes the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems, and other mechanical and electromechanical installations. The role ensures all technical systems run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
