Duties & responsibilities
This position will be responsible for managing the below areas
Responsible for managing Electrical, HVAC Plumbing installations & maintenance within the facility;
Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer's recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams;
Implement and oversee the preventive maintenance schedule to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment;
Assist the Facility Manager to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations;
Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations;
Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns;
Ensure the contractors follow the house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client;
Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters;
Responsible for daily reporting on Technical operations to site lead/Engg Lead
Generate periodical reports for Technical operations as per standard requirements
Generate Inventory and Purchasing of spares and consumables;
Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reports.
Performance objectives
To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices;
Assist the Facility Manager in managing M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables with in the stipulated time;
Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client;
Contribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Senior Facilities Manager;
Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.

4-5 years of experience in managing utility operations in Facility for IT/ITES client
Team management
Effective proactive thinking for change/innovation / improvement initiative.
Good people management skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands;
Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements, statutory compliances / building management
well versed with various tools/platforms used in Facility automation
