Job Title Facility Executive - Technical
Summary The Technical Facility Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of building facilities and technical systems to ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance. This role involves monitoring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other critical equipment, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

About the Role:

  • Operation & maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.)
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution
  • Vendor and contractor coordination
  • Compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations
  • Energy management and sustainability initiatives
  • Facility inspections, audits, and reporting
  • Maintenance of records, schedules, and compliance reports
  • Inventory and spare parts management
  • Team coordination and supervisory abilities
About You:
  • Computer & Digital Skills - MS Excel - data analysis, maintenance logs, reporting, dashboards.
  • MS PowerPoint - preparation of presentations, facility performance reports, and audit findings.
  • MS Word - documentation, contracts, policies, and reports.
  • Email and digital communication tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
  • Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
  • Report writing and presentation skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, generators, etc.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance planning
