Salary - 28,000 to 30,000

Job Summary:

The Facilities Executive (Soft Services) is responsible for managing and coordinating all non-technical support services that contribute to the smooth functioning and cleanliness of the workplace. This includes supervising housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other related services to ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of soft services like cleaning, security, landscaping, cafeteria, pest control, and waste management. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Perform regular facility inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards. Track and evaluate SLAs and KPIs for soft service providers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve facility-related issues promptly. Manage inventory of consumables and safety supplies. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support budgeting and control costs for soft services. Maintain records of service reports, contracts, and inspections. Assist in emergency preparedness and response activities related to soft services.
