To Facility Manager - Soft Services for Overseeing Soft Service operations of the site
Coordinate with on site team and for preparation of Daily/weekly/Monthly report .
Responsible for grooming, cleanliness, hygiene, uniforms and overall attitude of the staff,
Organize formal training and provide structured on-the-job training; identify and address individual training needs to provide on-site induction for vendor staff.
Daily Briefing of the HK team
Inspect and monitor the function of office facilities with respect to cleanliness and safety.
Ensure inventory of Housekeeping/Toiletries /Stationeries are maintained and deviations are reported in time.
Data Analysis of Housekeeping/Toiletries /Stationeries consumption Is undertaken for cost control and optimization of resources.
Assist Facility Manager - Soft
Onsite staff training.
Check and maintain Logbooks related to Housekeeping, Horticulture, pest control, waste management, stationary, and HK/Toiletries consumables
Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities including washrooms, common areas, Facade cleaning, Horticulture, Waste mgmt.
Manage Vendor Staff Deployment and attendance
Establish JD and KRA's for FOE/Helpdesk Executive
Maintain CSAT for the site.
Office equipment/Assets, are in good working order
Event coordination with client .
Replenishment of MSL material
Monitor and Supervise Cafeteria operation in C&W Scope.
Check and Upkeep of Meeting Room as per standards
Supervise Pantry Boys for Meetings requirement.
Ensuring QR Codes are placed and followed by the House keeping team .
Maintain and Update stock registers day to day for stationary & medicines.
Report deviations on inventory
Ensure all invoices are prepared and submitted in time .
Maintain Invoice trackers and financial expense summary and report deviations in payment and compliances.
