Clear verbal and written communication for coordinating with vendors, teams, and clients.
Good interpersonal skills to manage staff and handle client interactions professionally.

Ability to coordinate and manage third-party service providers.
Skill in contract negotiation and ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
3. Leadership and Team Management
Supervising cleaning crews, security personnel, and front office staff.
Conflict resolution and staff motivation.
4. Customer Service Orientation
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
Promptly addressing complaints or service failures.

Prioritizing tasks efficiently, especially in large or multi-site facilities.
Ensuring timely completion of daily operations and scheduled maintenance.
