The role is responsible to handle soft services of township, pest control, horticulture, helpdesk, event management and vendor management, The role includes planning, supervising, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance of all services provided at site.

About the Role:

Supervise horticulture activities including, Landscape maintenance, Watering, hoeing, weeding, pruning of trees, hedge cutting, topiary, lawn moving, application of manure, fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide etc.. Maintain the nursery with production of sapling as per site requirement, the agency shall also maintain a good number of gamla both Flowering and indoor for display at various locations of townships Develop seasonal flower gamla and beds in the landscape area in all the season as per instruction Housekeeping work such as rags picking inside township is in the scope of service provided Garbage management All the roads in township are in scope of the service provider. The agency will sweep periodically as per requirement

About You:

Need to be graduated with a minimum of 04-05 years of experience in same profile Very good communication in English, Hindi and regional language. High standard of grooming
