Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facility Management
Experience:
1-3 years (laboratory administartion preferred)

Rabale, Navi-Mumbai
Reporting to:
Sr Manager-Administration
Main Duties:
Maintain stock and consumption record of all daily use items like gases, solvents, cleaning materials, and PPE.
Manage Housekeeping staff to Keep labs, stores, and common areas clean and well-maintained.
Arrange food, transport, and other support services for staff when needed.
Handle any facility-related complaints and solve them quickly.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, canteen, pest control, and maintenance work.
Skills Needed:
Must have quick learning skills and be able to adapt to new tasks easily.
Good knowledge of MS Office and facility management software.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing office, lab, or industrial facilities is preferred.
Good English skills are required for data entry and record keeping.
