Facilities Coordinator for Expats Domestic Maintenance Services in Mumbai
This position is for TENANCY MANAGEMENT. It is about administration and coordination of the variety of Maintenance & Upkeep services for the Expat Houses in Mumbai (individual apartments spread over various locations). The services include AC AMC, Pest Control AMC, Electrical/Carpentry/Plumbing troubleshooting services, delivery of water jars and other services, Housekeeping, etc.
Role and Responsibility:
Review the ongoing work of various services we offer to customers (maintenance, housekeeping, apartment and office set-up, etc) at various residential premises.
Quality check and lead a team of supervisors, technicians.
Coordinate and Improve vendors management
Review the client relations management by team.
Make SoPs and SoWs. Keep watch on policy followed by the team.
The job involves on-site visits, as well as desk work- around 70% desk work from the office, 30% fieldwork
Record / Data keeping / Scheduling
Educational Qualification and Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree is MUST
0-2 years of work experience in administration / facility management is preferred.
English skills (verbal and written) are a must (our clients are foreigners)
Good skills in message/email writing, Excel, word, are a must
Multi-tasking, Peoples management
Hands-on with general PC and software usage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
