Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Ownership of the day-to-day administration, including reports generation of the stocks tracker.Provide assistance to the FM and AFM in managing all administrative functions, security issues and facility services and any other administrative functions as deemed by Client.Developing and implementing procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of FM.Ensuring an adequate supply of consumables/materials and service for the proper operation of services and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by the clientMaintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & escalate in time to achieve availability of stocks.Maintain appropriate levels of Petty cash to support FM operations.Vendor invoices processing aligned with Amazon finance process.Statutory compliance check of all vendor invoices.Routinely inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained.Set targets to achieve maximum team performance.Daily Walk around of the FacilityMonitor technical equipments and getting the AMC done.Maintaining all the service reports of equipments and submitting to FM as part of reporting activityGreet visitors/clients providing a friendly, courteous front office service reflecting the corporate image of the client.Site personnel are notified of guests arrival immediately and follow up calls made where guests are not picked up coordinating with the host/sponsor.Issue visitor badges/temporary card/service badge/new joiners ID & access card. Follow up for the return of respective ID/access cards with respective stake holders.Ensure safety briefing to the client/visitor/interview candidates and provide necessary emergency/safety brochures.Visitor admission is properly authorizedHandling client/visitors/sponsors complaints/feedbacks and other related problems and communicate to next level or as per escalation matrix.Ensuring all devices are operational and placed at the desk. iPad /printer/ Camera/ Scanner Etc.Coordinating with HK for proper cleaning and maintenance e of lobby .Operational Risk ManagementUpdate and implement Emergency Response plan; drills etc as requiredAfter office hours Facilities assistance responseOperational Audits and Compliance.Escalation of Incidents/ProblemsPerformance objectivesMeet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contractsEstablishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Operation Manager.Effective management of the teamLocation:On-site Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours: 48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
