We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Facility & Electrical Maintenance Executive to manage electrical and maintenance-related activities . The role involves basic electrical work, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring timely closure of all maintenance complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle basic electrical work and troubleshoot electrical issues .
Manage and close all electrical-related complaints raised by store teams.
Coordinate with and supervise external vendors for maintenance and repair work as required.
Ensure regular maintenance of store facilities to avoid breakdowns and disruptions.
Visit stores as needed and track maintenance issues until resolution.
Maintain records of complaints, vendor visits, and work completed.
Ensure safety standards are followed during all electrical and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electrical work and store maintenance.
Experience in facility or electrical maintenance preferred.
Valid driving license (mandatory).
Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage multiple store locations.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel between store locations as required.
