Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations of housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
Supervise vendors and ensure SLA compliance
Handle attendance, duty rosters, and manpower deployment
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
Maintain records of AMC, complaints, and service reports
Handle client/site coordination and escalation management
Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms
Support facility manager in audits and inspections
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Facility Management preferred)
2-5 years of experience in facility operations
Knowledge of technical & soft services
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Reports)
Ability to handle vendors and workforce
Problem-solving and multitasking ability
