to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment while coordinating maintenance, vendor management, and facility-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
Communicate effectively with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
Draft emails, reports, and other communications with clarity and professionalism.
Maintain facility documentation, records, and service logs.
Ensure all building systems (HVAC, lighting, etc.) are operational and serviced on schedule.
Assist in space planning, desk allocation, and office setup for new employees.
Respond to facility-related requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in facility coordination, administration, or office management.
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Familiarity with basic facility systems and vendor management.
