Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring all systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security) function without disruption.
Supervise regular and emergency maintenance, including coordinating with repair personnel or vendors.
Ensure clinics remain compliant with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Coordinate between branches for logistical support and maintenance requests.
Plan and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for medical and non-medical equipment.
Conduct regular audits and facility inspections to identify improvement areas.
Housekeeping Oversight
Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises.
Develop cleaning schedules and monitor implementation across all units.
Conduct routine checks of therapy areas, restrooms, waiting rooms, and inpatient rooms for standards.
Provide orientation and periodic training to housekeeping staff on infection control and waste management practices.
Vendor Management
Identify and liaise with vendors for services, repairs, supplies, and utilities.
Maintain updated vendor contracts, SLAs, and ensure timely service and payment coordination.
Regularly review vendor performance and costs to ensure quality and budget alignment.
Inventory Management
Maintain an accurate and real-time record of all clinical and non-clinical inventory (consumables, disposables, linens, stationery, cleaning materials, etc.).
Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained at all times by monitoring usage and replenishment cycles.
Coordinate procurement based on department requirements and budget.
Implement inventory control systems (manual or digital) for tracking movement and usage.
Conduct periodic stock audits and address variances promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or relevant field.
2-3 years of experience in facility and inventory management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality sectors.
Strong understanding of building operations, safety compliance, and stock tracking systems.
Ability to multitask across locations and manage staff, vendors, and stock efficiently.
Good negotiation and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory or ERP software
