Job Title

: Facility & Admin Executive

Experience Required

: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner Handle all incoming calls, emails, and messages and direct them appropriately Maintain the front office area to ensure cleanliness and a professional appearance Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms and appointments
Administration & Facility Management:

Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Manage maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of office infrastructure Liaise with vendors, housekeeping, and security staff to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain records of office assets, utilities, and vendor contracts Supervise courier/dispatch services and track incoming/outgoing shipments Support event coordination, internal meetings, and employee onboarding logistics Monitor facility-related budgets and expenses
Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes (visitors' logs, asset register, etc.)
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline 3+ years of relevant experience in administration and front office handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
