We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Administrator to oversee the smooth functioning of office operations. The role involves managing housekeeping, monitoring inventory, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring timely follow-up on pest control and AMC schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping services to maintain hygiene and upkeep.
Manage and track office inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
Monitor and follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for all equipment and services.
Coordinate with vendors for pest control and other facility-related services.
Maintain records and generate reports for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in facilities administration or office management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Gmail, Sortly, Zoho, and other housekeeping/facilities management software.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
