Job Description

Review and validate detailed design documents, engineering drawings, and control philosophies for I&C systems. Oversee and coordinate the installation, integration, and commissioning of: Fire Alarm & Detection Systems Public Address (PA) Systems CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control & Door Interlock Systems Building Management System (BMS) Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Ensure all systems are integrated seamlessly for efficient operation and monitoring. Conduct system testing, loop checking, and commissioning activities in coordination with vendors and subcontractors. Develop I&C layouts, I/O lists, control logic diagrams, and cause & effect matrices. Review vendor documentation and ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards. Support preparation of project schedules, progress reports, and as-built documentation. Liaise with cross-functional teams including Electrical, Mechanical, and IT for interface management. Implement and maintain project quality and safety procedures in all I&C works. Provide technical support during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, or related field. Preferred: Postgraduate qualification or certification in Industrial Automation, SCADA systems, or Project Management. 10-12 years of relevant experience in I&C system design, installation, and commissioning. Proven experience with BMS, SCADA, Fire Alarm, and Security Systems integration in industrial or commercial infrastructure projects. Exposure to semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data center, or manufacturing environments is desirable. Strong knowledge of control system architecture, instrumentation wiring, and field devices. Hands-on experience with SCADA systems (e.g., Siemens WinCC, Rockwell, Wonderware, or Schneider). Familiarity with communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP). Experience with PLC/HMI integration and control logic design. Proficiency in AutoCAD / EPLAN for instrumentation drawings and schematics. Understanding of NFPA, IEC, and ISA standards for Fire Alarm and Control Systems. Ability to interpret P&IDs, I/O lists, and control narratives. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork. Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timelines. Commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
