Facility Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for oversight of FM of the site(s) in their assigned area

Own compliance and quality for their sites

Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors

Coordinates facilities work with landlords & in-place third party management

Support site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, equipment & supplies

Development of strategic maintenance plan and conducting regular inspections

Ensuring Aveva facility is prepared for emergencies and has robust Business continuity plans
