Effectively manage and support the operational delivery of facilities management to all properties within Hyderabad.


The Soft Services Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of a comprehensive range of soft services to ensure a high-quality, safe, and efficient working environment. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, vendor relationship management, financial oversight, and team leadership.


The Soft Services Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to support the overall business objectives and enhance the employee experience.


As good understanding and knowledge of FM related systems which supports Facilities Management ensuring compliance with related and relevant legislation and all statutory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Housekeeping, Hotel management and Building maintenance related work experience. Master's degree in facility management and business management or related field are preferred

Preferred Qualifications:



Six sigma / CMMS/ iOffice certification or working experience on various facility management tools 10+ years of Expert in handling the Tech parks, Campus management with multiple sites or Building operations and handling with multiple stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Planning and Development:



Develop and implement strategic plans for soft services aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for service improvements, innovation, and cost optimization. Stay in on of industry best practices and emerging trends in soft services management.

Operational Management:



Oversee the day-to-day operations of soft services, including cleaning, reception, Meeting & Conference rooms, Labs & Data centers, Cafeterias, Collab's space, Office floors, mailroom services, waste management, and grounds maintenance. Ensure the 52-week housekeeping calendar is maintained and effectively implemented and Monthly (MIS and MMR), weekly and daily reports, checklist, spent analysis report, and payment trackers and Maintain HK consumptions and inventory management HK material Helpdesk Services, Call logs monitoring & movement coordination. Collaborate with staff to develop and implement strategic facilities solutions and Set clear targets with defined accountability, aligning and inspiring the team towards common goals. Promote awareness and proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety and compliance. Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for soft service delivery. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Vendor Relationship Management:



Manage relationships with external vendors, Suppliers, tracking their performance and issue resolution. Evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and contractual obligations.

Financial Management:



Develop and manage the soft services budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets. Monitor expenditure, analyze variances, and implement cost control measures. Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to soft services.

Team Leadership and Development:



Lead, mentor, and develop the soft services team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals. Identify training and development needs and ensure appropriate training is provided. Promote teamwork and effective communication within the team.

Stakeholder Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, department heads, and senior management. Act as the primary point of contact for soft service-related inquiries and issues. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding service updates, changes, and performance.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):



Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards within soft service operations. Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures to create a safe working environment. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures.

Soft Skills Required:



Excellent interpersonal skills Strategic Thinking Operational Excellence Leadership and Team Management Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Good Command of the English Language (written and verbal) Ability to travel to other sites and work as part of a team or by oneself

Background Check Requirements:
