Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Manager located in Mumbai. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to facility maintenance and operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing building and equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, planning and managing facility projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment for all employees. The role also involves budget management and reporting on facility operations.

Qualifications

Facility Maintenance, Operations Management, and Project Planning skills Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance Vendor Management and Negotiation skills Budget Management and Reporting skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the marine or engineering industry is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
