Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee office administration, facility operations, and coordination activities.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow.
Handle HR support tasks -- including email ID creation, visiting cards, biometric attendance, and payroll coordination.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and company events.
Maintain statutory, legal, and regulatory compliance documentation.
Assist in audits and maintain accurate compliance records.
Liaise with vendors, government departments, and service providers.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage contracts effectively.
Ensure smooth record-keeping, correspondence, and scheduling.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
